NuNuke My Javascript Adder v2

After being used on my site for awhile, and being confident that it works as I intend, I am releasing the new improved version of the CSS and JS adder. Simply upload and add the required header.php edit and your set to go. To add a js or css file simply upload to either the css or js dir. Want per module basis? Just create a new dir in the modules dir with the name of the module. For example, News would be found in includes/head/modules/News. Here you can drop both css and js files
